What data we process
- Account data: name, email address, a hashed password (argon2id; we never store the password itself), login times and session records, and your private watchlist symbols.
- Public post data of callers: account handle, profile link, a short excerpt and link of public posts, the classification of the post and the resulting scores.
- Correction form data: your name, email, the request, proof links and, if you say you are the person shown, the verification code and its status.
- Technical data: IP address and request logs for security and rate limiting (short-lived).
Purposes and legal basis
We process account data to provide the service you signed up for (contract), and public post data, correction data and technical data on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a transparent, accurate record of public market commentary and in keeping the service secure (Swiss FADP; Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR where applicable).
Profiling of public posts
We automatically evaluate public posts and compute scores, hit rates and leaderboard positions for the accounts that published them. These scores describe calls under our published method only (Method). They have no legal effect on anyone. Persons shown can object at any time (see Corrections).
For featured Callers
If you post public market predictions on X or YouTube, Called It may track and score them. We collect only your public handle, profile link, the public posts or videos containing a call, short quotes, and our scores. Purpose: showing how public market calls perform, based on our legitimate interest and the public interest in transparency. We don't collect private data or contact your followers. We keep this data while your profile is listed. You can object, ask for access, ask for corrections or have your profile removed at any time via the link on your profile or at info@aixis.ch. You can also complain to the Swiss FDPIC or your local EU data protection authority. Controller: Aixis AG, Zürichstrasse 215, 8122 Binz, Switzerland (CHE-431.301.853).
Embedded posts from X and YouTube
On a call’s receipt you can choose to show the original post. Nothing is loaded from X or YouTube until you click “Show the original post”. When you click, your browser loads the official embed from X (platform.twitter.com) or YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com, privacy-enhanced mode). These services then receive your IP address and browser details and may set cookies under their own privacy policies (X, YouTube). We do not copy or rehost their images or videos. Legal basis: your consent, given by the click. The price chart on the receipt uses only our own price data and loads nothing from X or YouTube.

Retention
- Account data: while your account exists; deleted on request or account deletion.
- Public post data: as long as the call is part of a published track record; removed or anonymised on a granted objection.
- Correction requests: 24 months after they are closed, then deleted automatically; open requests are kept until closed.
- Security logs: [period].

Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, as provided by law. Write to info@aixis.ch or use the request form. You may complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC / EDÖB) or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
